Our History
The Hispanic Society of Victoria was founded in 1952 by a small group of volunteers, Australians, Spaniards and Latin Americans interested in promoting and learning more about the Hispanic culture. Since that moment, the HSV has evolved from a small society operating in its members houses with a casual/homely atmosphere to what it is today. Listen what these historical members have to say about the beginnings and anecdotes of the HSV.
