Name: Tortillas Chapinas

Tostadas are generally made of salsa (tomato sauce), refried black beans and guacamole. 


Ingredients for the Guacamole
• 3-5 Avocados
• ½ onion finely diced
• 1 teaspoon of oregano
• 2 limes
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste

Ingredients for Refried Beans
• 2 pounds of black beans
• 2 onions
• 1 tablespoon of adobo seasoning
• salt to taste
• Vegetable oil (I prefer olive or soybean oil)

Ingredients for Red Sauce
• 6 large tomato
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 sweet pepper
• 1 small onion
• 1 tablespoon of Adobo seasoning
• 1 bunch of cilantro
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (I prefer olive or soybean oil)
• salt to taste

Fry the tortillas in vegetable oil until crispy. Transfer to paper covered plate. Once they have cooled down spread some with guacamole, some with refried beans and some with salsa. Garnish with thin slices of onion, cheese and coriander.

Trio "Latino Hit"
Latino Hit Trio is a serenading group that performs classic Latin American music with a rich variety of rhythms including boleros, cha cha, rumba, rancheras and many more.
Its members have come together for their love of music and Latin American folklore, putting together their vast years of experience and different musical styles and talents.

On the requinto is Rafael Melgar, an experienced guitarist who has played with musical groups in El Salvador, Costa Rica and Australia.

Jose Ricardo Flores is an experienced singer who played in the trio Migueleño in El Salvador.

Ernesto Mejia is a the talented and versatile lead singer who has performed with many popular Latin bands in El Salvador and Australia including Grupo Fuego, Cacique, Mariachi Los Romanticos, the new band: “La Cigana” .

Together these talented musicians fuse the rhythms and vibrancy of traditional Latin American music and add excitement and entertainment to any occasion.
